We have completed several large-scale commercial geothermal projects throughout the years.
Below is a selection of our completed projects.

36 unit adult living apartment building.

2019

The first zero emission, concrete and steel condos in Edmonton – located in the community of Belgravia.

2017

By transferring heat from deep within the earth, our geothermal system provides year round heat to all units and common areas – at a fraction of the cost of natural gas. It also provides cool air-conditioned air for hot summer days.

2002 - Present

We have completed approximately 70 residential installs including design, HVAC (hydronic in-floor and forced air), and geoexchange field. Our projects include retrofit and new-build homes ranging in size from 800 square feet to 7,000 square feet.

2010

Modern police headquarters for the city of Swan Hill, western Victoria, Australia.

2009

Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne offers a natural bushland experience alongside the Australian Garden, an award-winning, contemporary botanic garden featuring the plants and ecosystems of south-east Australia.

2007

This is the first and largest Zero Emissions commercial building constructed in Edmonton.

2001

It is one of the most environmentally sustainable commercial buildings in Canada and features a green roof and geothermal heating and cooling. This new environmental technology wing was opened to facilitate additional research and educational opportunities.

1990

The first integrated GeoThermal Heat Pump System. This system provides heating, cooling, ventilation and domestic hot water. Includes the first Geothermal greenhouse in Canada.
