By transferring heat from deep within the earth, our geothermal system provides year round heat to all units and common areas – at a fraction of the cost of natural gas. It also provides cool air-conditioned air for hot summer days.
We have completed approximately 70 residential installs including design, HVAC (hydronic in-floor and forced air), and geoexchange field.
Our projects include retrofit and new-build homes ranging in size from 800 square feet to 7,000 square feet.
